Alondre Rush

Alondre Rush is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Relationship Management at Dynasty Financial Partners since June 2024, and as Manager of the Junior Leaders Program at Hartford's Camp Courant since February 2022. Previously, Alondre held senior operations and advisory roles at HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler and Wealthspire Advisors, where responsibilities included client operations management, financial planning, and leading diversity initiatives. Alondre has also served as Chief Operations Officer at Lichtenstein Financial, Head of Wealth Management at AdviceOne Advisory Services, and Director of Plan Administration & Finance at Blue Back Health. With a background in client relations and business operations, Alondre has built a strong foundation in enhancing client service and operational efficiency across various organizations. Alondre is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The University of Arizona Global Campus, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Central Connecticut State University.
