Jens Horstmann

Jens Horstmann has a strong background in product development and research and development in the technology industry. Jens started their career at HARTING in 2011 as a Design Engineer and later became an R&D Manager. In 2017, they served as an Expert Global Product Development before being promoted to the role of Head of R&D at HARTING Zhuhai Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in 2018. Jens then became the Director of the HARTING Development Center at the same company in 2021. Currently, Jens holds the position of Director Product Development Center Zhuhai & Vietnam at HARTING Technology Group since March 2023.

Jens Horstmann completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechatronics at Private Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik (FHWT) Vechta/Diepholt/Oldenburg from 2007 to 2011. Jens also obtained an IHK Abschluss in Mechatronics from HARTING during the period of 2007 to 2010.
