Miriam Kessel

Miriam Kessel has a diverse work experience in various companies. Miriam worked at HARTING from 2014 to present, starting as a Junior Personalreferentin and later transitioning to roles as an HR Professional Corporate Recruiting & HR Marketing and currently as a Team Lead Corporate Recruiting & HR Marketing. Prior to HARTING, they worked as a Recruiting Consultant at medienfabrik Gütersloh – part of arvato: a Bertelsmann company from 2012 to 2014. Miriam also had a short stint as a Personalmarketing - Employer Branding assistant at Weidmüller Deutschland in 2012. Before that, they worked at DMG MORI from 2010 to 2012 in a role focused on Business Development & Projektmanagement.

Miriam Kessel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Bielefeld University from 2006 to 2009. Miriam then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in the same field from 2009 to 2012 at the same university. In 2010, they also briefly attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where they studied Economics but did not obtain a degree.
