Brad Tuff has a diverse work experience. Brad started their career in 2008 as a Rugby Player at Preston Grasshoppers RFC Ltd, where they played until 2016. In 2014, they worked as a Teacher of English and Drama at Smithills School for a year. From 2015-2017, they were a Teacher in charge of Drama at Little Lever School Specialist Language College. In 2017, Brad joined Ymca Christian College of Hong Kong, where they held multiple roles including Head of Year, Director of Rugby, and Teacher of Drama until 2022. Simultaneously, from 2017-2022, they played rugby for Hong Kong Scottish RFC and served as the Nomads (2xv) Head Coach from 2020-2022. As of 2022, Brad is working at Hartland International School as Head of Year and Teacher of Drama.

Brad Tuff's education history includes a PGCE in Drama from The Manchester Metropolitan University, obtained from 2013 to 2014. Brad also holds a Bachelor's degree in Acting from the University of Central Lancashire, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Holy Cross College from 2006 to 2008 and Bury Church of England High School from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Brad has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed a Level 3 rugby coaching course from World Rugby. Brad became a Mental Health First Aider in 2021 after completing a course offered by Mental Health First Aid Australia. In 2020, they obtained the LAMDA COURSE LEADER certification from THE ACADEMY OF SPEECH AND DRAMA. In 2015, Brad completed a Level 2 rugby coaching course provided by England Rugby.
