Philip Timmins

Philip Timmins is an accomplished Principal Estates Surveyor at Hartlepool Borough Council since January 2009, responsible for the management of the Council's estate, asset valuations, sales, acquisitions, and lettings. Prior to this role, Philip served as a Collateral Risk Manager at Citi Group UK and as a Society Surveyor at Universal Building Society, focusing on mortgage valuation services. Experience also includes positions as Senior Surveyor at Greig Cavey Commercial Ltd and Manners and Harrison, where responsibilities encompassed commercial and residential valuation, agency work, and property management. Philip began a career in valuation with the Inland Revenue Valuation Office. Philip holds a BA Hons in Geography from Durham University, obtained in 1985.
