The Hartley Nature Center's leadership team has a wealth of experience in the education and outdoor adventure industries. The team's experience includes working as a Summer Program Director at YMCA Camp Widjiwagan and an Assistant Director of Outdoor Adventure and Intramural Sports at Chatham University. The team also has a strong educational background, with degrees from Saint John's University in English.
