Kristy Romano

Kristy Romano is an accomplished sales representative with extensive experience in the hospitality and sales industries. Since June 2018, Kristy has held dual positions as a Sales Representative at both Hartley & Parker and Martignetti Companies. Prior to these roles, Kristy served in various capacities at Agave Grill from September 2011 to June 2018, culminating in the position of Assistant General Manager. Noteworthy achievements include being named Server of the Year by the Connecticut Restaurant Association in 2015. Kristy's earlier experience includes supervisory and bartending roles at Wood n Tap, an internship at Travelers focusing on business insurance, and foundational work as a Front Desk Receptionist at Tanlines. Kristy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Connecticut State University between 2010 and 2015.
