Sabrina Marino

Sabrina Marino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pension administration and human resources. Currently serving as the Lead, Senior Pension Administrator at Hartley Pensions Limited since March 2022, Sabrina previously held the role of HR Administrator at San Carlo, Harnbury Holdings Limited from November 2010 to January 2022, where responsibilities included organizing documentation, assisting the payroll department, and addressing employee inquiries. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Support Worker at Don Bosco, focusing on youth with deviant and antisocial behavior from September 2008 to February 2010. Sabrina holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Psychology. Additionally, Sabrina is a member of the Italian Psychologist Board, qualified to practice as a psychologist in Naples, Italy.
