Rob Hartwell

Rob Hartwell is the President of Hartwell Capitol Consulting, a global consulting firm with over 70 consultants operating in approximately 100 nations, specializing in technology and business development, government sales, marketing, and federal lobbying. Hartwell also serves as a consultant for LPP Combustion and Excel Services Corporation, focusing on business development and nuclear consulting, respectively. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Consultant for American Business Development Group, Vice President Federal Government Relations for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, and Senior Lobbyist for the American Health Care Association, where significant legislative accomplishments were achieved. Early career highlights include serving as Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives and working as a Legislative Assistant on key environmental legislation. Rob Hartwell holds a degree in Political Science and Government from Virginia Wesleyan University.
