Ron Kato has an extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Ron started their career at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, where they served as Aerospace Group Vice President Operations. Ron later became the GVP/GM of the company. In 2010, they joined GKN Aerospace PS&SP Group as the President Transparency Systems Inc./COO Special Products Group, a position they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Kato worked at Adams Rite Aerospace as President. Currently, they are serving as the President of Hartwell Corporation.
