Heather Feagans

Heather Feagans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and operations management, currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Hartwig, Inc. since August 2013, during which time Heather has held various roles including Operations Manager and HR Generalist. Prior to their tenure at Hartwig, Inc., Heather worked at Missouri Tech from 2010 to 2013 as the Assistant Registrar, where responsibilities included running the Registrar's office and teaching courses in Psychology and English. Earlier in their career, Heather was employed as a Collections Agent at Credit Control, LLC. Heather holds a Doctorate in Business Management and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
