Erik Rochelle

Erik Rochelle serves as the Director of Facilities Planning and Management at Harvard Art Museums since October 2025, previously holding the role of Director of Facilities at Harvard Graduate School of Education from May 2023 to October 2025. In addition to extensive experience in facilities management, Erik has been an Adjunct Instructor at Wentworth Institute of Technology and has held various positions at Harvard Radcliffe Institute, including Associate Director of Facilities and Assistant Building Operations Manager. Prior to these roles, Erik spent nearly a decade at Boston BoatWorks, LLC, progressing through positions such as Customer Service Manager and Warranty Manager. Erik Rochelle holds a Master's degree in Sustainability from Harvard Extension School and another Master's degree in Facilities Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, along with educational credentials in Marine Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Marina Management from Maine Maritime Academy.
