Khyati Kapai is the Founder, Managing Director, and Principal Consultant at Yzer Solutions Pte Ltd, established in 2009, specializing in customized training, coaching, and consulting services in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on adaptive skills, professional communication, and personal effectiveness. Khyati currently serves as a Facilitator/Moderator at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning and as a Faculty member, Consultant, Teacher, and Coach at Time to Think Ltd, having joined in 2020. Additionally, Khyati has held roles as an Adjunct Executive Coach at ESCP Business School and an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University. Khyati's earlier career includes teaching English, auditing financial statements at Deloitte, and providing equity financing solutions at Citi. Khyati holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of London, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
