Nishtha Tiwari

Nishtha Tiwari's work experience includes serving as the Director of Global Design Services at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Associate Director of Global Design and Solution Development at the same company. From 2015 to 2023, they were the Founder and Chief Organizational Psychologist at Oogway Leadership Development Pvt. Ltd. Nishtha also worked as an Independent Organizational Psychologist and HR Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they were a Manager in Human Capital Advisory Services at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd. and served as a Branch Manager, leading the Leadership Practice at InspireOne (formerly TMI India) from 2005 to 2011. Nishtha began their career as an HR Trainee at HERO ITES in 2005.

Nishtha Tiwari has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Delhi University. Nishtha also holds a Masters degree in Psychology from APS, Dhaula Kuan, which they obtained between 1999 and 2000. In addition, they have certifications in Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessments and People Power our Future: a CL Lead People Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, which they obtained in 2023 and 2021 respectively.
