Charmaine Arellano-Chua

Charmaine Arellano-Chua is a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the Brooklyn office since September 2024, following an MBA from Harvard Business School, where Charmaine graduated with distinction. Prior experience includes a post-MBA internship at Spotify, focusing on podcast content and business development, and a role as a Strategy Associate at the Whitney Museum of American Art, collaborating on growth and digital strategy. Prior to the MBA, Charmaine held various positions at BCG, including Consultant and Associate, across multiple industries and geographies, and served as Chief of Staff for the CFO at Duolingo during its IPO. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and an undergraduate exchange program at the University of Zurich.
