Rafaella Lellis

Rafaella Lellis is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School, having previously served as the Director of Strategic Projects at Barte from February 2023 to July 2025. Rafaella was the first Afro-Brazilian dual admit to both Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business and was one of 30 Afro-descendant and indigenous young professionals selected for GMAT test training. Experience includes a tenure as Product Leader at Nana Delivery from October 2021 to February 2023 and various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Senior Business Analyst - Digital and Business Analyst, from December 2017 to October 2021. Internships include a position at PVG Perlman Vidigal Godoy Advogados focusing on Banking and Financial Markets Law and an internship at Vettori, Rubinstein & Foz Advogados. Academically, Rafaella holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and completed Professional Education in Data Analytics at General Assembly.
