Jenn Mancuso

Jenn Mancuso is an experienced professional in the catering and event services industry, currently serving as the Director of Catering for Executive Education at Harvard Business School since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jenn managed a team of ten as the Director of Event Services at Lyons Group, where strategic marketing and networking were emphasized across sixteen venues in the Boston area. At More Than Words, Jenn held the position of Associate Director of Retail and Events, focusing on empowering youth through a nonprofit social enterprise. Jenn also directed private events at Mamma Maria, a renowned fine dining Italian restaurant in Boston's North End, and contributed as a copywriter for various restaurant websites. Jenn holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from New England College and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from Salem State University.
