Nikita Darbar

Nikita Darbar is currently serving as Program Manager for the Design Innovation Program since June 2024 and is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School since August 2023. Previously, Nikita worked at Bain & Company from October 2020 to July 2023 as a Senior Associate Consultant, focusing on innovation and design within the Financial Services sector. Nikita also held positions as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and a Summer Associate at EY-Parthenon, where significant contributions were made to commercial due diligence in the healthcare sector. Experience includes research roles at Antora Energy and Stanford University, emphasizing energy storage and chemical engineering. In addition, Nikita co-led the East Africa Model United Nations, organizing a large-scale international conference and fundraising initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and current MBA studies at Harvard Business School.
