Jiyoung Daily

JiYoung Daily is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in prestigious hospitality venues, currently serving at the Harvard Club of New York City since January 2024. Previous roles include leadership positions at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection and Hard Rock Hotel New York, where JiYoung was integral to the pre-opening team and received recognition as Manager of the Quarter. With a solid foundation in education, including an MBA and degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts, JiYoung has also contributed to the culinary field as a faculty instructor at both The Culinary Institute of America and The Art Institutes, educating future chefs on baking and pastry techniques.
