Roger Theis is currently the Vice President of Development at Harvard Investments since March 2024. Before joining Harvard, Roger held the same position at Brookfield Residential from January 2018 to February 2024. With a background in civil engineering, Roger has held various leadership roles in development and project management within the real estate industry, working for companies like Slater Hanifan Group, TDR GROUP, LLC, West Company, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., Coe & Van Loo Consultants Inc., and Val-tec. Roger also participated in the Leadership West program in 2012-2013.
