Deb Carroll

Deb Carroll has extensive experience in career services and education, currently serving as the Interim Director and previously as Director of Employer Engagement & Operations at the Mignone Center for Career Success at Harvard University since February 2002. Carroll has held various roles within Harvard's Office of Career Services, including Director of the On-Campus Interview Program and Assistant Director of On-Campus Recruiting. Prior experience includes instructing at Newton North High School and working as a Programmer Analyst at American Management Systems. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Organizational Learning & Development from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
