Selam Ambaw is a case team leader and diversity advisory committee member at Harvard College Consulting Group, with additional roles as an associate and analyst. Ambaw serves as the community resources director at Small Claims Advisory Service and the director of operations at Boston Votes. Ambaw has held leadership positions in the Harvard Votes Challenge at the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School and was a research partner at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute. Previous experiences include an internship at Vote Early Day, advocacy work at the YMCA, and an internship with Tom Malinowski for Congress. Ambaw was also the Secretary General for the YMCA Model UN and worked as a teaching assistant at Kumon North America, Inc. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Harvard University, Ambaw graduated from Hunterdon Central Regional High School in 2021.
