Ashley Mulcahy

Ashley Mulcahy, FMP, currently serves as the Associate Director of University Leasing and Space Planning at Harvard University, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Ashley spent nearly 14 years at Berklee College of Music, where roles included Assistant Vice President and Senior Director of Physical Plant, overseeing major projects such as the Institutional Master Plan and redesigning office spaces. Earlier positions at Berklee included Director of Physical Plant and Associate Director of Physical Plant, focusing on managing budgets, coordinating construction projects, and facilitating facilities management operations. Ashley's experience also includes a role at P&G Gillette as a Facilities Engineering and Implementation co-op and an internship with the Architectural Access Board. Ashley holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management and Planning from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
