Christy Resek has worked in the food and beverage industry since 2012. Christy began their career as an Application Specialist at JustFoodERP, an IndustryBuilt Company. In 2020, they moved to Aptean Food & Beverage ERP, JustFood Edition as a Senior Professional Services Consultant. In 2021, they took on the role of Senior Business Consultant at Akerna Corp. and is currently a Senior Business Analyst at Harvest Food Solutions.

Christy Resek received their Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from San Francisco State University in 2001.
