Leigh Ann Schultz

Leigh Ann Schultz is the current CFO at Harvest Hosts. Leigh has held this position since May of 2017. Prior to that, they were the CFO at Streetsense from May 2017 to February 2021. There, they served as a key member of the senior leadership team, helping to establish overall corporate strategy. Leigh also led all finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A functions. Additionally, they oversaw HR, IT, legal, contracts, risk, and office administration functions. Furthermore, they managed working capital and cash forecasting.

Leigh Ann Schultz has also presented to and served as corporate secretary for board of director monthly meetings. Additionally, they have driven corporate development initiatives such as developing M&A strategy, establishing international joint collaboration agreements, and leading the business development private equity channel. Lastly, they have lead process improvement initiatives such as automation, integration, internal controls, project management, and scaling for growth.

Leigh Ann Schultz has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Leigh also has certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors as an NACD Governance Fellow, from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as a Certified Fraud Examiner, and from the AIRA-Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor. Leigh is also a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

Leigh Ann Schultz reports to Joel Holland, CEO. They are on a team with Neel Mehta - VP of Product & Engineering, Wes Clark - Chief of Staff, and Molly Edgington - Director of Host Marketing & Partnerships.
