Leslie Fangue has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Starting as a Summer Engineering Intern at T. Baker Smith in 2001, Leslie then interned as an Engineering Intern at ExxonMobil in 2002. Leslie then joined ExxonMobil as a Field Engineer in 2003 and progressed through various roles, including Pipeline Engineer, Risk & Integrity Specialist, Headquarters Design Engineer, and ultimately as a Risk & Integrity Advisor until 2014.
In 2014, Leslie moved to Plains All American, where they held several positions, including Integrity Engineer, Manager of Facility Integrity, Director of Facility Integrity & Operational Risk, and Director of Asset Integrity. Leslie worked at Plains All American until 2021, when they joined Harvest Midstream Company as the Director of Integrity & Regulatory Compliance.
Leslie Fangue obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in the years 1999 to 2003. In addition, they obtained an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification in 2003.
