Mike Marano

Mike Marano is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef and Director at Maschio's Food Service since September 2015, alongside the role of Event Lead Chef at Harvest Restaurant Group since February 2015. Prior to these positions, Mike held the title of Director of Dining Services at Compass Group from March 2010 to March 2015.
