Mike Marano is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef and Director at Maschio's Food Service since September 2015, alongside the role of Event Lead Chef at Harvest Restaurant Group since February 2015. Prior to these positions, Mike held the title of Director of Dining Services at Compass Group from March 2010 to March 2015. Educational background includes continuing education at The Culinary Institute of America from 1991 to 1992 and an Associate degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Middlesex College between 1982 and 1984, complemented by earlier studies at Cedar Ridge from 1979 to 1982.
