Charlie Bernardo, SHRM - CP, has been with Harvest Restaurant Group since March 2009, holding the positions of HR Employee Success Manager and General Manager. In addition to managerial duties at Roots Steakhouse, Charlie has extensive experience in overseeing operations within the restaurant group. Charlie holds a degree from the University of Maryland, where studies were completed between 1995 and 2001.
