As Chief Financial Officer, Scott provides overall financial leadership for Harvest Table Culinary Group. Scott is also an operator at heart. Having served in multiple operations roles, he has a deep understanding of the details large and small that can impact both the business and the guest experience. He is a hands on part of the team as he lead and support growth and innovation for the current and potential partners. Scott’s imprint on campuses has always meant improvements in guest engagement and an unwavering focus on the basics. Scott has led opening teams and served as part of numerous working groups to rethink tools and processes used by the teams. He is laser-focused on simplifying the agenda so that the teams can focus on the guests.
