Kevin M. Hart

Kevin M. Hart has a rich work experience spanning over two decades. In 2021, they started working as a Strategic Planner, product brainstormer and tester, researcher, and sales for Harvest Today. In 2019, they founded Helix Colorado. From 2010 to 2013, they served as an Asset Manager at William Maxwell Investments LLC, where they were focused on opportunistic plays such as buying a commercial note and deed of trust secured by a 21,000 sf office property and then repositioning the asset upon borrower default. In 2013, they became a Senior Vice President at Vista Commercial Advisors, Inc., where they specialized in investment sales and development, and strategic positioning and asset management. In 2012, they founded Hart Team LLC, a real estate management and brokerage team focusing on Boulder County commercial properties. From 2001 to 2010, they were an Investment/Development Advisor at Coldwell Banker Commercial, specializing in commercial property investment, development and management with a locational focus on Boulder County and adjacent counties.

Kevin M. Hart attended the University of Colorado - Boulder from 1976 to 1981 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Real Estate.
