Joe Froehlich

Joe Froehlich has extensive work experience in human resources, primarily in leadership positions. Joe began their career at Rockwell Collins in 1997, where they worked in human resources for five years. Joe then joined Target as a Human Resources Manager for an 800+ employee distribution center, where they were responsible for various HR strategies. In 2005, they transitioned to Monsanto Company, taking on roles such as HR Manager for a manufacturing chemical plant and HR Lead for global regulatory and chemistry divisions. In 2011, they became HR Director for the US Commercial Sales & Operations at Monsanto. Joe then moved to Bayer in 2018, taking on leadership roles such as VP - Head of HR EMEA, VP - Change and Culture Lead, and VP: Head of Talent USA/NA. Currently, they are the Vice President of HR, Global Operations and Supply Chain at Ingredion Incorporated.

Joe Froehlich received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa in 1997. Joe later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2001 to 2003.
