Role

Reporting directly to our VP of Sales, the Field Marketing Lead, will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and brand presence in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies, specifically industry conferences and client events, that generate leads, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ultimately drive revenue. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has a passion for the legal industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans aligned with the company's overall marketing and sales objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage regional and national events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, and trade shows, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target markets, develop account-based marketing strategies, and support lead generation efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and continuously refine and improve field marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media, to engage prospects and drive lead generation.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the legal, technology, or startup sectors.
  • Experience working within professional services, i.e your clients lawyers, financial services professionals, management consultants, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing field marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $150,000 and $215,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
