About the Role

We are looking for a leader to head our solutions architect function. Our customers are some of the most sensitive and secure enterprises in the world, and they demand high levels of security, infrastructure, and enterprise-readiness. We need someone knowledgeable in GTM processes, enterprise security, infrastructure, and technical services to hire and build the function that will ultimately help disrupt multiple $T+ industries.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use an in-person work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the Harvey platform, ensuring it meets enterprise-level security and performance standards.
  • Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires in a precise and timely manner.
  • Partner with GTM on customer calls to explain technical concepts of our architecture accurately to customers.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of security and infrastructure documentation that’s readily available to customers.
  • Triage incoming customer requests based on a multi-variant set of values that the customer brings to the organization. Ability to push back and escalate as needed.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help inform Product roadmap for internal and external admin tools.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years engineering experience, with a strong understanding of enterprise security and infrastructure requirements like Data Storage & Processing, Authentication (SSO), and Authorization.
  • Experience working with B2B enterprise customers, GTM strategies, etc. A keen sense of figuring out simple solutions by putting yourself in the customer's shoes.
  • Desire to do whatever it takes to make the team successful — customer support, triaging incoming customer requests, setting up processes, coaching, hiring, etc.
  • Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity to deliver on outcomes.
  • Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative reasoning to communicate your ideas.

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $200,000 and $275,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
