Lucas Solmes

Lucas Solmes currently serves as the Strategy & Ops Lead at Harvey, an AI company collaborating with OpenAI to innovate in generative AI and professional services since January 2025. Prior to this, Lucas held various roles at DoorDash from August 2021 to January 2025, including Associate Manager and Senior Associate in Strategy & Ops, where noteworthy achievements included attending a c-suite lunch as an award recipient and earning monthly recognition for outstanding performance. Lucas also gained experience at BMO Financial Group from June 2018 to August 2021, serving as Manager of Digital Strategy and progressing through a leadership rotational program. Educationally, Lucas holds a Bachelor of Commerce Co-op from the UBC Sauder School of Business and completed a course in Financial Statement Analysis at Harvard Extension School in December 2016.
