LaDawn Lounsbury

Mrs. Lounsbury joined Harvey Gulf Subsea Solutions in 2020. LaDawn resides in Houston where she grew up in the Oil and Gas industry. She earned her degree in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University and is highly proficient in marketing, contract negotiation, and the development of long-term client accounts. LaDawn has successfully cultivated relationships at all management levels with Operators, Contractors, and key OEMs for subsea equipment and services throughout the Oil & Gas industry. LaDawn started her Sales & BD career at Helix Subsea Solutions in 2008 where she helped to expand the company’s client base while delivering numerous installation projects. In 2012, LaDawn was hired by Oceaneering as Sr Business Development Manager where she focused on expanding accounts with Installation, IMR, and Diving clients. In 2017, LaDawn was hired by The Bayou Companies to help expand the company’s deepwater flow assurance coating business, which she did until starting her tenure at Harvey Gulf in 2020. LaDawn brings with her a wealth of experience in strategic pursuits of SURF projects, coordination of contract renewals, as well as the pursuit of new client contracts. LaDawn is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic business partnerships and joint ventures. As for her personal passions, LaDawn is a six-year member of the Cystic Fibrosis Kiss For Cure Foundation and a three-year member of The Belles of Houston, whose mission is to Empower Women of Oil and Gas and to Honor The Lone Survivor Foundation.
