Matthew Bouvier

Matthew Bouvier has extensive experience in engineering management and continuous improvement within manufacturing settings. Currently serving as Manager of Engineering and Continuous Improvement at Harvey Windows + Doors since October 2019, Matthew has held various roles including Continuous Improvement Manager and Area Manager, with responsibilities in insulated glass and double hung window management. Prior to this, Matthew was a Production Manager at Avery Dennison from January 2018 to October 2019, leading projects focused on waste minimization and driving facility improvements through Kaizen events. Earlier experience includes serving as Manufacturing Supervisor at Koch Membrane Systems from June 2013 to January 2018, overseeing a team of 100 employees and emphasizing safety and product quality training. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, graduating in 2013.
