Marianne de Laet

Marianne de Laet currently serves as the Director at the Meertens Institute within the KNAW Humanities Cluster, a position held since June 2024. In addition, Marianne has been a Professor at Harvey Mudd College since 2001, where responsibilities have also included the role of Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. From 2010 until July 2020, Marianne directed the Hixon Riggs Program at Harvey Mudd College. Educationally, Marianne holds a Ph.D. in the Anthropology of Science and Technology from Utrecht University and a Master's degree in the History and Philosophy of Psychology from Leiden University.
