Ollie Gould

Ollie Gould has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ollie currently works at Harvey Nash as the Head of Learning and Development. Prior to this, they worked at Trinnovo Group as the Group L&D Manager, where they brought the recruitment academy in-house and delivered client workshops for well-known companies. Ollie also worked at La Fosse Associates, where they managed the L&D team and designed a new business development course. Before that, they worked at Union Insurance Services as a Training Officer, focusing on people development and coaching for sales. Ollie's earlier roles include positions at Sky, where they worked as a Process Trainer, Quality Analyst, Sales Coach, and Sales Service Representative, showcasing their expertise in training, coaching, and sales.

Ollie Gould obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of South Wales between 2006 and 2009. In addition, Ollie has received certification as a Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner from Thomas International in 2023.
