Pj Davis Cebs

PJ Davis, CEBS has a diverse work experience that includes roles in human resources and benefits administration. They started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Sealy Dental Center in 2006. They then moved on to work as a Teller at Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they also interned at Mercer Health & Benefits in 2010. In 2011, they joined Mercer as an Associate and later served as a Health & Benefits Intern. In 2016, they transitioned to Harvey | Harvey-Cleary Builders, where they first worked as a Human Resources Generalist before being promoted to Human Resources Director in 2020. In these roles, they handled employee benefit inquiries, coordinated insurance claim filings, facilitated 401k withdrawals and enrollments, and collaborated with senior leadership to develop strategies and budgets for the corporate wellness program.

PJ Davis, CEBS obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University between 2007 and 2011. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from ISCEBS.
