Debbie Francis Obe

Debbie Francis OBE is an accomplished business leader currently serving as Managing Director and Non Executive Director at Loram UK Ltd since July 2020. In addition, Debbie holds the position of Chair for the Hallé Concerts Society, and serves as a Governor at Liverpool John Moores University and Chair of Harwich Haven Authority. Debbie has been a Non Executive Director at Stockport MDC since September 2020 and has been a member and Chair of Cumbria Education Trust since June 2017.
