Frederick Van Mierlo

Frederick heads up much of HLC’s work in new medicines and supports HLC’s growth and business development. Frederick has twice stood for the UK House of Commons and was a candidate in the 2019 European elections for the Liberal Democrats. In 2016 he spent a month at the campaign headquarters of Hillary for America. Previously, he helped coordinate a network of EU environmental experts, and assisted a Member of the UK Parliament. Frederick holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Leiden University, and a degree in Geographical Sciences from the University of Bristol.
