Jonathan Watson joined Harwoods in February 2022. He had 25 years of Aftersales management experience at various levels from Service Manager to Divisional Director, his role as Aftersales Director draws on this experience and that of the team around him to deliver the customer and colleague experience befitting of Harwoods and the brands they represent.

Jonathan pride himself on an ability to bring large teams together toward common goals ensuring a constant learning and improvement culture pervades.
