Jolanda Spies-van Doesburg

Jolanda Spies-van Doesburg is an experienced interim HR professional with a focus on sustainable employee development and organizational vitality. Currently serving as Interim P&O Adviseur/Beleidsadviseur at HAS green academy, Jolanda has held various roles including Interim HR Business Partner at Talent-Advies, and interim positions across multiple organizations such as MOON, ROC Da Vinci College, and V&VN. With a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, Jolanda has successfully led numerous HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational strategies and employee well-being.
