Roelfke Schraal

Roelfke Schraal has extensive experience in the fields of healthy nutrition and wellbeing. Currently serving as a Junior onderzoeker gezonde voeding & gezond leven at HAS Green Academy since April 2023, Roelfke previously contributed to volunteer work at Humanitas, facilitating conversations to enhance mental wellbeing among students. Other roles include content writer at Greenhabit, where Roelfke developed programs promoting healthy habits, and participation in the multidisciplinary project 'Campus van de toekomst' focused on student welfare at Gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch. Roelfke's background also includes entrepreneurial initiatives addressing stress and health issues among youth, as well as various internships in product development and quality assurance within the food industry. Roelfke holds a degree from HAS Green Academy, further supported by earlier education at Clusius College.
