Caterina Ferlazzo-Rorick

Caterina Ferlazzo-Rorick is an experienced Senior Paralegal with a focus on corporate and securities law, currently serving at Hasbro since 2013, supporting the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary. With a comprehensive background in corporate governance, Caterina has previously held senior paralegal positions at Aspen Technology and Alere Inc., where responsibilities included maintaining corporate books and ensuring compliance with annual meeting requirements. Caterina's earlier roles include supporting legal counsel at TAC Worldwide Companies and providing administrative assistance at Cellular One and Weston Pediatrics Physicians.
