Kayla Bell

Kayla Bell is an experienced HR Program Manager at Hasbro since September 2025, previously serving as a Talent & DEI Program Manager and Human Resources Project Manager at Brooks Automation from February 2023 to September 2025. Kayla worked as an Implementation Project Manager at Perceptyx, Inc. from August 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included planning and delivering projects for mid-enterprise clients. Prior to that, Kayla held various roles at IGT from October 2015 to August 2021, including Employee Communications Senior Specialist and Talent Management Specialist.
