Nimalika Motha

Nimalika Motha is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Commercial Finance for Hasbro Entertainment since September 2023. Previously, Nimalika held the same title at Entertainment One, focusing on Animated Family Content from October 2022 to September 2023. Nimalika's extensive tenure at Hasbro from 2008 to 2022 included roles such as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for EMEA & ASIA, along with several key positions in financial management and compliance. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Financial Accounting Manager at E. & J. Gallo Winery and financial accounting at DHL. Nimalika began a career in auditing at PwC after graduating from UCL with a degree in Mathematics, further enhancing expertise with education from Harvard Business School and ICAS.
