Blake Jorgensen has served as Executive Vice President, CFO of Electronic Arts Inc. (“EA”), a video game company, since 2022. Included within his current responsibilities is continued management of EA’s Business Development team which is in charge of all licensing deals in sports and entertainment, as well as the Corporate Development team which is in charge of all M&A and partnerships, a role which he has held since 2012.

Mr. Jorgensen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EA from September 2012 to March 2022, and as EA’s Chief Operating Officer from April 2018 to October 2021. Prior to joining EA, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Levi Strauss & Co. from July 2009 to August 2012. From June 2007 to June 2009, Mr. Jorgensen served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc.

Blake Jorgensen

Tim Fields has been in the video game industry for over 25 years. Tim started as a designer and producer at Eclipse Entertainment and then moved on to Microsoft where they were the lead designer. After Microsoft, they joined Capcom Game Studio Vancouver as an executive producer. In 2012, they became the CEO of Kabam Games and led the company until January of 2022. Currently, Tim is the SVP & GM of Digital Gaming at [Hasbro](/org/hasbro).

Their manager is Cynthia W. Williams, President, Wizards of the Coast.

Cynthia W. Williams is the current president of Wizards of the Coast at [Hasbro](/org/hasbro). Cynthia has previous experience working with amazon, altria, and ncnb carroll financial associates. Williams has progressive experience in finance roles, moving from a financial analyst to a cost accounting manager. In 2001, they became a plant controller for altria and eventually became an associate finance director for the company in 2003. In 2007, Williams left altria to join amazon as their finance director. Cynthia eventually became a general manager for fulfillment by amazon in 2013 and then a general manager and VP for fba business and operations in 2016. Eric was responsible for driving innovation across global design, development and marketing, and oversaw the commercial operations and partner relationships for the company’s extensive brand portfolio, driving significant growth across [Hasbro](/org/hasbro) Gaming, Nerf, PlayDoh, Transformers and My Little Pony, along with partner brands like Star Wars and Marvel.

Since joining [Hasbro](/org/hasbro) in 2003, Eric has served in a number of senior roles, including President of [Hasbro](/org/hasbro) North America and General Manager and Senior Vice President of Marketing. Before joining [Hasbro](/org/hasbro), he held leadership positions at [Timberland](/org/timberland) and [LEGO](/org/the-lego-group).

Ms. Belliveau joined [Hasbro](/org/hasbro) in 1997, holding a series of leadership roles including the establishment of [Hasbro](/org/hasbro)’s global government relations practice, the development of [Hasbro](/org/hasbro)’s ethical sourcing and product safety programs and leading the evolution of the company’s CSR strategy and priorities. She serves on several not-for-profit boards including [Year Up](/org/year-up), the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council (RIPEC) and the Lincoln School Board of Trustees. Prior to that, from August 2015 to March 2017, she led Global Marketing and Sales for [Oculus](/org/oculus-inc) at Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook, Inc.), where she launched the industry-defining [Oculus](/org/oculus-inc) Rift virtual reality headset. Chris has been the driver of Wizards’ new digital publishing capabilities and AAA talent acquisition with its internal Arena Game Studio, Wizards Digital Publishing team, Archetype Entertainment in Austin, TX, Tuque Games in Montreal and our recently announced expansion studios in Raleigh, NC and Seattle, WA.

Prior to joining [Hasbro](/org/hasbro), Chris held senior management positions at Microsoft Corporation, where he guided the marketing strategies of hit Xbox Games franchises including Halo and served as Vice President of OEM Technical Sales. He also worked at LeapFrog as Vice President of Educational Games and began his career in brand management at [Procter & Gamble](/org/procter-gamble).

Alan G. Hassenfeld was appointed Chairman Emeritus following the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Hassenfeld served as Chairman of the Board of [Hasbro](/org/hasbro), Inc. from 1989 to 2008. Prior to May 2003, Mr. Hassenfeld served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of [Hasbro](/org/hasbro) since 1999, and Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of [Hasbro](/org/hasbro) since1989. He also served as Vice President of International Operations in 1972 and later served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales and then as Executive Vice President, prior to being named President of the Company in 1984 and President and Chief Executive Officer in 1989. Mr. Hassenfeld is chairman emeritus of the Governing Body of the International Council of Toy Industries CARE Process, Chairman of the Jerusalem Foundation, and Co-Chair of the International Business School at [Brandeis University](/org/brandeis-university).
