Stani Henriques is an accomplished design and user experience leader with extensive experience in shaping product design across various industries. Currently serving as the VP, Portfolio Head of Design - Investment Service at U.S. Bank since July 2021, Stani previously held the position of VP, Associate Director of User Experience at ArisGlobal, where responsibilities included building a high-performance team to enhance products in safety, clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs. Earlier roles include Principal UX Design at ChenMed, where a unified product design vision was developed, and Sr. User Experience Architect at Office Depot, focusing on e-commerce personalization strategies. Stani has also contributed significantly as a Lead User Experience Designer at Citrix and as a Sr. Information Architect at Interval International. A co-founder of Stani's Garage, Stani's expertise spans product management, design thinking, branding, and digital strategy. Stani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from IUAJS and The University of Alabama.
