Hootan Rashidifard

Hootan Rashidifard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and investment sectors. As the Managing Partner at Hash3 since March 2022, Hootan focuses on decentralization and fostering user-owned networks in technology development. Prior to this role, Hootan served as Principal at Canaan Partners from January 2017 to February 2022, where involvement in managing an $800M fund and launching the Canaan Beta seed program took place. Earlier career experience includes a managerial position in Business Operations for Growth & Engagement at LinkedIn from February 2014 to December 2016, and serving as a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at GCA Savvian Advisors from August 2011 to January 2014. Hootan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Mathematics, along with a Finance Certificate from Northwestern University, completed in 2011.
